As your Assistant Principal, it is my pleasure to welcome you to a new school year filled with opportunity, growth, and connection.

My name is Michael Chwiecko, and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Principal at Antietam High School. I’ve spent the past 10 years in education, and my passion lies in helping students discover their strengths, develop resilience, and thrive both academically and personally. I believe in fostering an environment where every learner feels seen, supported, and challenged.

At Antietam, we stand by our mission: Together We Encourage Learners, Inspire Growth, and Foster Community. This mission is more than a slogan — it’s a daily commitment. I’m inspired by the work we do to build inclusive, differentiated classrooms, cultivate strong character, and prepare students to lead with confidence and compassion.
